Based in Cantù, in the heart of Brianza, we operate as a bridge between design culture, technical expertise, and production realities.
BEYOND A DESIGN STUDIO
Fauciglietti Engineering is not a traditional creative studio, nor just a technical office.
It is an independent Research Center, created to meet a specific need: bringing method, rigor, and structure to product development in the furniture and industrial design sectors.
Since the 1980s, we have developed an operational method that allows us to:

OUR HISTORY
Fauciglietti Engineering was founded in 1986 from the professional experience of Renzo Fauciglietti and Graziella Bianchi.
Direct observation of the furniture district in Brianza and other areas of Italy and Europe revealed a concrete need: many companies had excellent production skills but lacked a methodological structure capable of guiding product development in a systematic way.
In 1989, Fauciglietti Engineering was formally established with the goal of providing companies with a highly specialized service in product development.
In 1994, the method was ISO 9001 certified, consolidating a structured and verifiable approach.
Over forty years of activity, the Center has developed:
- over one thousand projects
- strategic consulting activities
- research and development of new products
- technical and industrial support for Italian and international companies

The Fauciglietti method is structured into four integrated phases.
Each phase is designed to build knowledge, reduce risk, and ensure consistency between the design vision and production feasibility.
THE FOUNDERS
RENZO FAUCIGLIETTI
Engineer and designer, in the 1980s he developed an innovative methodological model for product development in the design sector, with a specialization in furniture products.
His vision integrates polytechnic culture, knowledge of production processes, and strategic attention to the market.
He is the creator of the operational model that still guides the Research Center today.
GRAZIELLA BIANCHI
Co-founder of Fauciglietti Engineering, she contributed to building the cultural and organizational identity of the Center.
Her vision combines design sensitivity, relational skills, and attention to the human values of work.
CONTRIBUTIONS AND RECOGNITIONS
Over the years, Fauciglietti Engineering has:
